Description
The Rope / Chain Playground connection is one of the most versatile and strongest of all the connections. The manufacturing process of hydraulically crimping an aluminium ferrule around the rope and the chain means that there are no bolts, nuts of other fixtures protruding from the connection. This also means that the connection is tamper proof and can only be undone by cutting through the metal.
This type of connection can be used into wood, metal or set in a concrete footing.
This type of connection is great for single ropes that will receive significant heavy usage. The chain connection reduces the ware and tare on the rope by absorbing the forces at the area of highest fatigue at the two ends of the rope.
