Description

The playground balancing log is a large ironbark log, (either round or square depending on availability) that is suspended between two posts using a secure chain connection. Our logs are sourced sustainably from local suppliers. The significant mass of the object provides a unique feeling of inertia when crossing. The hanging ropes provide some hand support.

Materials

Locally sourced sustainable ironbark log. Square logs can be planed down by hand in our workshop to create unique and unusual shapes. High tensile galvanized chain is used for the connections. 16mm reinforced playground rope hand holds, with aluminium T connections and stainless steel eye bolts.

Options

Various lengths available. Rope comes in a variety of colors. Single, double, and hanging hand holds available. Purchase with posts and installation, or log/ropes only.
